Terms and conditions

For Enjoy Art Children’s Art Classes:

  • Students are suggested to be punctual. Please DO NOT drop the students to classes more than 5 minutes before the start of class and the students should be picked up on time.
  • Students work independently. Parents are suggested to drop off the students and leave the classroom and then come back to pick up.
  • Two classes may be combined, if necessary, based on numbers or any other reasons which benefit students’ learning. Students must be aged 5 or over to attend classes.
  • If a student is unable to attend their regular class, they can apply for a make-up lesson in another class if cancelled in advance. We will try to fit them in another lesson, number permitting.
  • Any cancellations less than 5 hours before the start of the class or absence without any notice will be charged the full fee for one class.
  • Refunds will not be given for classes that are missed by students.
  • Due to limited spaces, if any student is absent for 3 weeks or more without an explanation, the school – Enjoy Art reserves the right to offer the space to another student with no refund offered. To avoid this, please advise the school if a student will be absent for a week or more so that their space will be held.
  • One session includes six lessons (usually one lesson per week). Cancelation of a class can be approved when the early notice is given. The six lessons must be used within three months unless there are special circumstances.
Otherwise, any remaining lessons will be forfeited.
  • All sessions must be paid for in full before the session begins.
  • If a student is unwell—such as having a heavy runny nose, coughing, fever, or any contagious illness—they should rest at home and refrain from attending class.
  • Students must act respectfully towards other students and staff in the classes at all times. We have zero tolerance for any abuse, discrimination or offensive language and behaviour. Action will be taken if necessary.
  • Enjoy Art has the right to refuse or cancel the enrolment of students if they and/or their parents/guardians are in breach of the terms and conditions.
